DEROTATION CLEMENT CONNECTOR

• Innovative connectors permitting the vertebral rotation in the horizontal/transverse plane for a full 3D correction of the deformity.
• Connectors used at the apex of a curve in the thoraco-lumbar or lumbar areas on both concave and convex rods and fully integrated in the standard PASS LP reduction maneuvers for the correction of a rotated vertebrae
• The progressive tightening of the break-away nuts generates an antero-posterior translation more important on the concave side in comparison to the convex side, leading to the vertebral derotation in a soft but extremely efficient maneuver.
